FDJ: 2022 earnings up nearly 5%

(CercleFinance.com) - La Française des Jeux (FDJ) has reported a 4.
7% increase in net profit to 308 million euros for the past year, as well as a 13.1% increase in current EBITDA to 590 million euros, representing a margin of 24%.

With an 8.7% increase in bets to 20.6 billion euros, the gaming group's revenues rose 9.1% to 2.46 billion euros, including 11% increases for the lottery and a 1% rise for sports betting and online games in competition.

FDJ will propose a 10% increase in its dividend to E1.37 per share at its general meeting on 27 April, and confirms that it is aiming for revenue growth of between 4% to 5% in 2023, with a current EBITDA margin maintained at around 24%.
