Unibail-Rodamco: extends mandates of and expands board

(CercleFinance.com) - Unibail-Rodamco-Westfield has announced an enlarged board of directors and a new organisation of the Group.


URW announces the extension of its Board of Directors as of today. In addition to Jean-Marie Tritant, Chief Executive Officer and Chairman of the Board of Directors, and Fabrice Mouchel, its Chief Financial Officer (CFO), the Board of Directors will include two new members.

Olivier Bossard, Chief Investment Officer (CIO), will be in charge of leading the Group's efforts to reduce debt through divestments and overseeing the group's value creation strategy.

Astrid Panosyan, Chief Resource Officer (CRO), will lead the group's organisational transformation.

The new Board of Directors will lead a more decentralised URW with empowered regions and a simplified corporate strategy, management said.
