CGG: Norges Bank cuts stake to under 5%
(CercleFinance.com) - Norges Bank has informed the AMF that on 11 June it had reduced its stake in CGG to below the thresholds of 5% of the group's capital and voting rights.
Norges Bank has said that it now holds 33,906,703 CGG shares, representing as many voting rights, i.e. 4.78% of the group's capital and voting rights.
