Valeo: BlackRock reduces stake below 5% of voting rights

(CercleFinance.com) - Acting on behalf of its clients and funds managed, BlackRock has informed the AMF on 31 December it reduced its stake in Valeo to below the threshold of 5% of its voting rights and that it now holds 5.
06% of the group's capital and 4.95% of the automotive equipment supplier's voting rights.

BlackRock says that these thresholds were broken due to the sale of Valeo shares - both on the market, in addition to the reduction in the number of shares held as collateral.
