Valeo: 2019 dividend approved at AGM

(CercleFinance.com) - Valeo said on Thursday evening that its Annual General Meeting, which was held behind closed doors, decided to pay a dividend of 0.
20 euro per share, to be detached on 29 June, with a reference date of 30 June, with payment due to be made the next day, on 1 July.

The meeting also ratified the co-optations of Bpifrance Participations, represented by Stéphanie Frachet, and the Fonds Stratégique de Participations, represented by Julie Avrane-Chopard, as directors.

Finally, shareholders also approved the automotive equipment supplier's transformation into a European Company (Société Européenne) and, accordingly adopted its Articles of Association in order to adapt them to its new corporate form.
