Valeo: BlackRock raises stake above 5%

(CercleFinance.com) - BlackRock, acting on behalf of its clients and funds it manages, US asset manager BlackRock has informed the AMF that on 29 October, it increased its stake in Valeo to above the threshold of 5% of its capital and that it now holds, for the said clients and funds, 5.
02% of the group's capital and 4.91% of its voting rights.

This crossing of this threshold results from an acquisition of Valeo shares on the market and the receipt of shares held as collateral.
