Spie: builds orthopaedic centre in the Netherlands

(CercleFinance.com) - Spie announces that it is taking part in the construction of the first orthopaedic centre in the Zorghart area of the Netherlands, where it is responsible for the installation of heating, ventilation, air conditioning systems.


The construction of the Reinier Haga Orthopaedic Centre started last month at the LangeLand Hospital site in Zoetermeer. Once the orthopaedic centre's main structure of over 7000 m² is in place, SPIE will begin work indoors.

Having a sustainable design, the building will include heat pumps, LED lighting and automatic switches. The four new operating rooms at the complex will be equipped with the latest air-treatment technologies.
