Worldline: settlement-delivery of Ingenico offer

(CercleFinance.com) - Worldline has announced the settlement-delivery of its offer for Ingenico, leading Worldline to hold 56,474,416 shares, i.
e. 88.6% of Ingenico's capital and 83.2% of its voting rights, in addition to 2.892.092 OCEANEs (convertible bonds; 99.6% of the OCEANEs in circulation).

Ingenico shareholders who have not yet done so may tender their shares to the reopened offer, according to terms that areidentical to those of the original offer, until 4 November. The notice announcing the reopened offer is due to be published by the AMF on 10 November.

Furthermore, following Ingenico's takeover by Worldline, the members of Worldline Board and its committees were changed during a meeting held on Wednesday.
