Elior: successfully completes refinancing

(CercleFinance.com) - Elior has successfully completed refinancing, extending the maturity of its debt and has diversified its funding sources.


Elior Group yesterday issued 550 million euros of senior bonds, due in 2026 and took on a new senior syndicated loan for a total principal amount of 100 million euros and a new senior revolving credit facility for a total principal amount of 350 million euros.

"The gross proceeds from the Notes, together with the New Term Loan, have been used to repay Elior's existing term loan, will be used for general corporate purposes, and to pay the costs, fees and expenses in relation to the Notes and the Senior Facilities," it said.
