Fnac Darty: in exclusive talks to buy Nature & Découvertes

Nature & Découvertes includes a network of 97 stores in Europe and a website that has over 17 million visitors a year.

With this acquisition, Fnac Darty will strengthen its product offering in the segments of well-being and the natural products.

The Group wishes to enhance the power of the brand through dedicated corners within Fnac stores in France.
