ID Logistics: acquires Spedimex in Poland

(CercleFinance.com) - ID Logistics has announced the acquisition of 100% of Spedimex, a contract logistics player in Poland with expertise in the fashion and e-commerce sectors and sales of 109 million euros in 2022.


With this acquisition, the French logistics company explains that it will become one of the leaders in the Polish market, with 35 sites, 7,000 employees and a first-rate customer portfolio made up of manufacturers, distributors and e-retailers.

The transaction is based on an enterprise value of 74 million euros, which will be 70%-paid in new shares and 30% in cash. Subject to approval from the Polish antitrust authorities, it is expected to be completed by June 2023.
