Edenred: 67% of 2020 dividend paid in shares

(CercleFinance.com) - Edenred announces that following its option for the payment of its 2020 dividend in shares (open from 18 May to 2 June), 67% of rights opted to receive a dividend payment in shares.


This deal is resulting in the creation of 3,004,708 new Edenred ordinary shares (i.e. 1.22% of its share capital), which will be settled and listed on the Euronext Paris market on 9 June.

Following the transaction, the prepaid services group's share capital will be comprised of 249,588,059 shares. The total cash dividend payment amounts to 61 million euros - it will also be paid on 9 June.
