Coface: Schroder IM stake under 5%

(CercleFinance.com) - Acting on behalf of funds it manages and its clients, Schroder Investment Management Limited has informed the AMF that on 14 May it reduced its stake in Coface to under 5% of the group's capital and voting rights and that it now individually holds 4.
97% of the group's capital and voting rights.

These thresholds have been crossed following the sale of Coface shares on the market.

On this date, Schroders plc did not break any threshold and, as of 14 May, via companies that it controls, holds 5.10% of Coface's capital and voting rights.
