Suez: H1 sales up 11%

(CercleFinance.com) - Late on Wednesday Suez reported H1 sales of 8,711 million euros, representing organic growth of 11% relative to H1 2020 (and +5.
7% compared to H1 2019).

EBITDA came in at 1,601 million euros, with organic growth of 38.1% compared to H1 2020. EBIT amounted to 798 million euros, which represents an increase of 722 million euros relative to last year.

Suez thus published recurrent EPS of 0.48 euro.

In a context that has been complicated by the pandemic and Veolia's takeover bid, Suez's transformation quickly bore fruit and results accelerated in H1 2021. It therefore confirms all its targets for 2021.
