Getlink: launches JV with RATP Dev

(CercleFinance.com) - On Tuesday morning RATP Dev and Getlink officially announced the creation of their joint stock company, designed to respond to calls to tenders for regional passenger rail transport within the framework of the opening up of the French rail market to competition.
This company is called Regioneo.

This new French joint venture (55% RATP Dev, 45% Getlink) combines the expertise of both its shareholders - major players in passenger and rail transport - to offer Regions tailor-made and innovative rail services that closely match the needs of territories and meet the highest standards of operational excellence and service quality for passengers, Getlink said.
