Clariane: confirms targets for 2024

(CercleFinance.com) - The group's consolidated sales came to E2,636m at 30 June 2024, up 6.
1% as reported and +6.8% on an organic basis.

Pre-IFRS16 EBITDAR stood at E560m for H1 2024, compared with E538m for the same period in 2023, up 4.0% as reported and +5.1% on a proforma basis of divestments.

Pre-IFRS16 EBITDA stood at E290m, compared with E285m for H1 2023, representing growth of +1.6% on a reported basis and +3.5% on a proforma basis of divestments.

The group's net loss from continuing operations was E3m in H1 2024, compared with E32 for the same period in 2023.

Clariane confirms its targets for 2024, i.e. sales growth of over +5% on an organic basis, and EBITDA, pre-IFRS 16 and proforma of divestments, that is at least stable.
