ADP: to appoint new CEO
(CercleFinance.com) - Aéroports de Paris (ADP) has announced the French President's plan to appoint Philippe Pascal as CEO of the group, a position that will remain held by Augustin de Romanet during this appointment process.
The President of the French National Assembly and the President of the French Senate must be notified so that the interested committees of each of the assemblies can give their opinion on this matter, in accordance with the conditions set out in the fifth paragraph of Article 13 of the Constitution. Executive Vice President of the company in charge of finance, strategy and administration since May 2016, Philippe Pascal joined the ADP Group in February 2013 as director of financial operations and holdings.
