ADP: traffic up 4.5% in January

(CercleFinance.com) - Traffic at Paris Aéroport rose by 4.
5% y-o-y in January 2018, with the airport operator welcoming a total of 7.6 million passengers, including 5.2 million passengers at Paris-Charles-de-Gaulle (+4.9%) and 2.4 million at Orly (+3.8%).

Overall, international traffic (excluding Europe), rose by 5.1%,
thanks to growth in the following zones: French overseas departments and territories (+10.8%), Africa (+8.4%), Middle East (+6.3%), North America (+3.5%) and Asia-Pacific (+0.4%). Only Latin America saw a fall (-1.2%).

Traffic to Europe (excluding France) rose by 5.7%; it was up slightly (+0.3%) in France.

The number of transfer passengers increased 4.0%. The transfer rate reached 26.0%, stable compared with January 2017.
