EDF: solar project commissioned in San Diego
(CercleFinance.com) - EDF Renewables announced on Wednesday that PowerFlex, its US subsidiary specialising in charging technologies, has commissioned a solar project in San Diego (California) for the cable operator Cox Communications.
The project includes a photovoltaic installation on the roof, as well as an energy storage system integrated within the building itself. This infrastructure is expected to generate nearly 20% of the energy consumed by Cox's headquarters, which plans to be CO2-neutral by 2034. Copyright (c) 2021 CercleFinance.com.
