Alstom: Morgan Stanley maintains rating

(CercleFinance.com) - Alstom will acquire Bombardier Transportation for a net sum of 5.
8 billion to 6.2 billion euros, with approximately 5 billion euros financed by equity.
The acquisition will therefore partly be paid for in cash and partly in shares newly issued by Alstom.

Following this announcement, Morgan Stanley confirms its buy rating on the share, along with its target price of 49 euros.

After the deal, Alstom will have an order book of around 75 billion euros and sales of around 15.5 billion euros.
