Engie: Veolia to submit a better offer by 30 September
(CercleFinance.com) - On Monday Veolia confirmed that, as Engie has cancelled its board meeting scheduled for 25 September it will submit its improved offer by 30 September 2020 at the latest.
Engie's Board of Directors met on 17 September to analyse Veolia's offer for part of its stake in Suez. The Board considered that this offer was not acceptable as it stood. The Board asked Veolia to seek an improvement in the terms of the offer from Veolia and to obtain additional assurance on the quality of the project. Copyright (c) 2020 CercleFinance.com.
