Nexity: 2022 sales flat

(CercleFinance.com) - Nexity has reported 2022 sales of 4,704 million euros, pretty flat compared to 2021 (E4,625m).


The group's underlying operating profit came in at 367 million euros, also largely unchanged from its level in 2021 (E371m), while net income, group share was exactly the same as in 2021, at 188 million euros.

Nexity says that its market share of new housing in France has increased by 3 points between 2021 and 2022, from 12% to 15%.

The group said that it has achieved all its targets, despite the economic downturn in the second half of the year. Its ability to repeat the record performance of 2021 reflects the exceptional agility of its teams and demonstrates the relevance of strategic choices presented in September as part of the Imagine 2026 plan.

For 2023, the company is aiming for sales to exceed 4.5 billion euros and operating profit of over 300 million euros.
