Nexity: Oddo is 'reassured' - still a buyer

(CercleFinance.com) - On Thursday, an Oddo BHF analyst confirmed a "buy" rating on the share of property devoloper Nexity, appreciating reassuring comments on reservations that will need to be confirmed in the coming months.


The broker points out that it has adopted a cautious scenario, expecting bookings to fall by 30% in 2020. The share's valuation remains very moderate (yield of 7.2%). It is renewing its medium-term buy rating on the share, with a target price of 40 euros, obtained using a sum-of-the-parts valuation.

Oddo BHF's target price suggests upside potential of 45%.
