Orpea: sells 32 rest homes in Netherlands

(CercleFinance.com) - Orpea announced late yesterday that it has signed an agreement with Syntrus Achmea Real Estate & Finance, acting on behalf of Achmea Dutch Health Care Property Fund (ADHCPF), for the sale of a portfolio of 32 retirement homes in the Netherlands.


The deal is worth approximately 125 million euros.

The completion of these property sales is subject to the usual conditions precedent and is expected to take place by the end of 2022.
