BNP Paribas: Securities Services reaches agreement with DWS

(CercleFinance.com) -BNP Paribas Securities Services (a fully-owned subsidiary of BNP Paribas Group) and DWS (asset management specialist), have reached an agreement whereby the former will provide fund administration services to the latter, as well as investment services such as conservation and custodian bank for DWS' funds for retail customers in Germany and Luxembourg.


The mandate covers assets of 240 billion euros.

As part of this mandate, DWS will transfer its fund administration activities, which are mainly based in Germany, to BNP Paribas Securities Services, which will enable BNP Paribas Securities Services to strengthen its capacity and expertise in Germany and Luxembourg, the BNP Paribas subsidiary specified.
