Société Générale: dividend approved at AGM

(CercleFinance.com) - Société Générale announces that its ordinary general shareholders meeting, held on 21 May with a quorum of 54.
51% (against 61.33% in 2018), adopted all the resolutions proposed by the management board.

In particular, it approved the dividend per share set at 2.20 euros, which will be detached on 27 May and paid from 14 June. Its shareholders shall have the possibility, from 29 May to 7 June, to opt for its payment in shares at an issue price of 22.31 euros.

At the end of the meeting, the board unanimously renewed the mandate of Chairman and CEO Frédéric Oudéa for four years and those of deputy directors Philippe Aymerich, Séverin Cabannes, Philippe Heim and Diony Lebot.
