Chargeurs: new name to be adopted in spring

(CercleFinance.com) - Chargeurs has announced a forthcoming name change to 'Compagnie Chargeurs Invest', which will be submitted for approval to the Annual General Meeting on April 29 and which 'expresses its dual industrial and financial vocation'.


After several years of transformation, the group is now structured around three platforms: culture & education (Museum Studio), fashion & know-how (Chargeurs PCC, Luxury Fibers and Personal Goods) and innovative materials (Novacel).

Compagnie Chargeurs Invest will present a three-year strategy when it publishes its 2024 financial statements on February 13, at which time it will also publish a net asset value to track the progression of the Group's asset value.
