Eiffage: disposals totalling 240 million euros.

(CercleFinance.com) - Eiffage has reached an agreement with Demeter to sell 85% of the capital of the companies Eifficol 1 and Eifficol 3, Eiffly 54 and 80.
1% of the capital of the company Eiffigreen.

Overall, these transactions are worth 240 million euros.

Eiffage will continue to ensure the management and maintenance of these projects until the contracts end.

The implementation of this strategy has led Eiffage to make PPP disposals of nearly 1.5 billion euros since late 2011, hence reducing the group's debt.
