Lagardère: Vivendi raises stake above 15%

(CercleFinance.com) - On 18 May 2020, Vivendi informed the AMF that it had increased its stake in Lagardère SCA's capital to above the threshold of 15%, with it now holding 19,938,839 Lagardère SCA shares, representing the same number of voting rights, i.
e. 15.21% of its share capital and 11.45% of its voting rights.

This threshold was crossed as Vivendi bought Lagardère SCA shares on the market.
