Lagardère: suspends targets and cuts dividend

(CercleFinance.com) - Given the uncertainty over the duration and extent of the current epidemic and government measures against this, Lagardère has announced that it will suspend the guidance that it announced on 27 February and says that it will provide revised figures as soon as it is able to do.


Management has also decided to modify the group's proposed ordinary dividend, reducing it from 1.30 to one euro per share, while withdrawing the option of receiving payment in shares. Subject to shareholder approval, it will be detached on 7 May and paid on 11 May.
