Casino: new E2bn revolving credit facility

(CercleFinance.com) - Casino announces that it has signed a new syndicated credit line of 2 billion euros that matures in October 2023, as part of the refinancing plan presented on 22 October.


21 French and international banks are participating in this facility. It will be used by Casino, Casino Finance and Monoprix.

"The new revolving credit facility improves the Group's liquidity by increasing the average maturity of credit facilities in France from 1.6 to 3.6 years," management said.
