Casino: launches Horizon with Auchan, Metro and Dia

(CercleFinance.com) - The French Retail group Casino announces the official launch of Horizon International Services, an alliance between Auchan Retail, Groupe Casino, Metro and DIA.


This alliance will mean the launch of a cooperation in procurement - both internationally and in France - and to build a set of "new generation" plants called "Horizon".

Having obtained the necessary approvals from the relevant competition authorities, Horizon International Services has been operational since 15 February 2019 and covers the 47 countries in Europe, Asia and South America where these companies operate.
