Vinci: E650m 10-year bond issue

(CercleFinance.com) - Vinci has announced the successful placement of a 650 million euro bond issue maturing in October 2032, with an annual coupon of 3.
375%.

The issue was warmly welcomed by investors, being 2.5 times oversubscribed to, , Vinci says, confirming investors' confidence in the company's credit quality, which is rated A- by Standard & Poor's with a stable outlook, and A3 by Moody's with a stable outlook.

Thanks to this issue, the average maturity of Vinci's debt will be extended to 6.9 years at 30 June 2022, under good conditions given the current credit market situation, it said.
