Ingenico: BlackRock increases stake

(CercleFinance.com) - BlackRock, acting on behalf of its clients and funds under its management, has informed the AMF that on 22 May 2019 it raised its stake in Ingenico's capital to above the thresholds of 5% of its capital and that, on behalf of the said clients and funds, it now holds 3,326,550 Ingenico shares, rerpresenting the same number of voting rights; i.
e. 5.27% of its capital and 4.81% of its voting rights.

The crossing of this threshold results from the purchase of Ingenico shares on the market and the receipt of Ingenico shares held as collateral.
