Capgemini: Morocco approves acquisition of Altran

(CercleFinance.com) - IT services giant Capgemini has announced that it has obtained approval from Morocco's competition authority for its proposed acquisition of Altran.


After the announcement of the filing of the draft offer document with the AMF, obtaining this authorisation constitutes a new step towards the merger's completion, which is expected by the end of 2019.
