Capgemini: launches venture capital fund with ISAI

(CercleFinance.com) - Capgemini and ISAI announce the launch of "ISAI Cap Venture," a venture capital fund with a target allocation of 90 million euros, to take minority stakes in young technology companies who have developed innovative solutions, future leaders of the software industry and sustainable IT.


The fund, which will be managed by ISAI, will target young companies worldwide, most of which are in Europe, having reached a sufficient stage of maturity to allow a joint commercial approach with Capgemini.

"It will co-invest into financing rounds led by venture capital funds (Series A onwards) with an entry ticket between 1 and 5 million euros," the IT services group said.
