Capgemini: new CFO appointed

(CercleFinance.com) - Capgemini has announced that Carole Ferrand took office as Chief Financial Officer on 1 June, also becoming a member of the group's executive committee.


She replaces Aiman Ezzat, who works as Deputy CEO with Thierry Delaporte.
Before joining Capgemini, Carole Ferrand was in charge of funding at Artémis, where she was also in charge of the strategic and financial support of certain investments.

She is a director of FNAC and served on the Capgemini's Board of Directors from May 2016 to May 2018 (precisely 28 May). Previously, she was CFO at Europacorp, which she joined in 2011.
