Saint-Gobain: acquires Adfil

(CercleFinance.com) - Saint-Gobain announces that it has entered into a definitive agreement to acquire Adfil NV, a leading international player in concrete reinforcement fibers.


Adfil employs around 70 people, operates two plants in Belgium and generated sales close to E40m in 2022.

Adfil will be consolidated in the Construction Chemicals segment within High Performance Solutions.

Thanks to this acquisition, Saint-Gobain will be able to offer its customers a broader range of solutions, including admixtures and concrete fibers, accelerating the development of sustainable, high-performance concrete.
