12 billion euros, up 3.2% LFL compared to Q3 2019. In absolute terms, however, sales fell by 6.2% between these two periods.
Over the first nine months of the year, the fall in sales (27.89 billion euros) reached -7.2% LFL or -14.1% as reported.
Saint-Gobain said that most of its markets are picking up and that Q4 should therefore benefit from it.
In light of Q3 sales and earnings growth, it expects LFL growth in H2 2020 relative to H2 2019, provided that there is no major impact stemming from recent developments in the Covid crisis.
