Schneider Electric: completes takeover bid on RIB Software

(CercleFinance.com) - Schneider Electric announces the success of its voluntary takeover bid for all of RIB Software's outstanding shares, which will therefore be consolidated in its accounts and become part of its energy management business.


With all closing conditions having been met, including approval from the CFIUS (Committee on Foreign Investment in the United States) - received on 2 July - this voluntary takeover bid will be settled today, Friday.
