Klépierre: targets raised for 2024
(CercleFinance.com) - On the occasion of its H1 results, Klépierre has raised its annual targets, now expecting EBITDA growth of 5% and net current cash flow (NCFC) of between E2.
50 and E2.55 per share.
In H1 2024, the retail property company reported a 3.3% increase in net current cash flow per share to E1.25, and a 5.4% increase in EBITDA to E477.3m, thanks to strict cost control and higher revenues.
At E520.1m, net rental income rose by 4.9% on a reported basis and by 6% LFL, with a take-up rate of 97.7% (+120bp over one year) and an occupancy rate of 96.2% (+50bp).
