Klépierre: Q1 2021 sales down 11%

(CercleFinance.com) - Klépierre has reported total revenues of 281.
2 million euros for the first quarter of 2021, down 11.3%, including gross rental income from shopping centres of 262.5 million euros (total share), compared with 291.9 million euros a year ago.

Noting that administrative closures will last the equivalent of 2.6 months its entire portfolio, over a mont more than the 1.5 month initially expected, the real estate group has adjusted its net current cash flow target for 2021 to 1.80 euro per share.

In addition, the group's AGM, which is scheduled for 17 June will be asked to approve a proposed cash dividend payment of one euro per share for 2020, to be paid in a single instalment on 23 June.
