Peugeot: merger with FCA approved at AGM

(CercleFinance.com) - The PSA Group announces that its AGM, which was held this Thursday without the physical presence of shareholders, adopted all of the proposed resolutions, including those relating to the proposed merger with Fiat Chrysler Automobiles.


The meeting also ratified the cooptation of Zhang Zutong as a member of the French carmaker's Supervisory Board, along with the reappointment of Catherine Bradley.

In addition, its Supervisory Board, meeting, which met after the AGM, decided to reappoint Catherine Bradley as chair of the Finance and Audit Committee for the duration of her term of office.
