Thales: inaugurates cyber defense site

(CercleFinance.com) - On Tuesday Thales inaugurated La Hive, its new cyber defence site where about 60 employees work.


La Ruche is the second site opened by Thales in La Courrouze, which in 2017, already had about 100 employees working in critical information systems and corporate cybersecurity.

Thales said that La Ruche operates according to "agile" approaches and methods. It aims for the rapid integration of solutions, which are élaborated through joint innovation, in equipment of armed forces.

Thales engineers work in close partnership with local start-ups, the Directorate General of Armament and operators, who are involved in each stage of developing solutions.
