Thales: presents 'Cyberthreat Handbook' with Verint
(CercleFinance.com) - Thales and Verint have presented their Cyberthreat Handbook, a report of an unprecedented scale, which aims to study and categorise groups of major cyberattackers, ranging from cybercriminals, cyberterrorists and cyberactivists.
After a year of investigation, teams of analysts from both cyber security leaders have released detailed profiles of about 60 major cyberattackers, analysing 490 attack campaigns worldwide.
As they release their CyberThreat Handbook, Thales and Verint reveal their findings on the techniques used, the most targeted sectors, hackers' motivations and their recommendations for the years to come.
"It is our duty to analyse, understand and describe the techniques employed by cyberattackers so that our customers and all other businesses and organisations are better prepared to detect and anticipate future attacks," said Marc Darmon, Executive Vice President, Secure Communications and Information Systems, at Thales.
