Sodexo: acquires AH Management in the midwest
(CercleFinance.com) - Today Sodexo announced that it has signed an agreement to acquire AH Management, an independent foodservice distributor in the US, a transaction expected to close in the coming months.
The acquisition of AH Management, one of the largest players in the US Midwest, is designed to enhance Sodexo's InReach foodservice offer in the fast-growing North American take-out and vending market. With AH Management, Sodexo will complement and expand its multi-channel offering, including convenience stores, vending machines, coffee machines, connected refrigerators, water coolers, catering services and on-site foodservice in the Midwest.
