Wendel: IHS Holding IPO price set
(CercleFinance.com) - IHS Holding Limited today announced that it has priced its initial public offering (IPO) on the New York Stock Exchange at 21 dollars per share.
The company's common stock is expected to begin trading on the New York Stock Exchange on 14 October 2021, under the ticker symbol "IHS". Investment company Wendel currently holds 62,975,396 IHS Holding Limited shares (in addition to the 12,374,657 shares managed by Wendel for third parties), and will not sell any shares in the course of the IPO.
