Wendel: IHS Towers considers IPO

(CercleFinance.com) - The Wendel share is up nearly 3% on Tuesday, after the investment company announced that IHS Holding Limited (IHS Towers) - a telecom infrastructure group, in which it has a 21.
3% stake, is considering an IPO in the US.

IHS Towers has clarified that the schedule, the number of shares to be offered and the price range of the proposed offer have not yet been determined and that any offer would start after the completion of a review by the SEC, while subject to market conditions.
