Wendel: AGM postponed until early July

(CercleFinance.com) - Wendel announces the postponement of its AGM until 2 July, a decision that means that, as is the case every year, it will hold it after Bureau Veritas' AGM, which represents its largest stake, and, if possible, it could invite shareholders to attend in person, if they so wish.


Recalling that on 17 March it announced a dividend of 2.90 euros, the group said that it is now waiting to have a better appreciation of the economic and health environment before finally deciding on this dividend.
