Wendel: completes CPI acquisition

(CercleFinance.com) - Wendel announced the completion of the acquisition of Crisis Prevention Institute (CPI), U.
S. specialist in behavioral management and crisis prevention, from FFL Partners, for an enterprise value of 910 million dollars.

As part of the deal, Wendel will make an equity investment of around 569 million dollars and hold around 96% of the capital of the group together with CPI management and other minority interests.

Based in Milwaukee (Wisconsin), CPI serves healthcare and education professionals and is extending its reach in behavioral management and home health care. It generates more than 20% of revenues outside the U.S.
